MOBAX TRADING LTD, as owner and administrator of this site www.Lavandula.bg entitles you to download and view all the materials posted on this Web site (hereinafter called "Site") only for personal non-commercial use, provided that you comply with and abide by all copyright and related terms and indications.

Shipping

Currently, we ship only to EU countries. Delivery time and price for destinations outside Bulgaria will be calculated individually for each order. Typical shipping time in EU: 5-7 business days for major cities / 7-9 business days for remote areas.
Shipment in EU is free for all orders that exceed the total of 500 Euro ( for the orders under this amount the curier standard service fee is applied )
Orders made before 15:00 EET on a business day are processed the same day. Those made after 15:00 EET on a working day are processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are shipped on the following business day.

1) COD (Cash on delivery). Currently, the service is available only for Bulgaria;

Changing the prices of goods and products

Lavandula.bg has the right to change prices at its discretion at any time without prior notice. User is obliged to pay the price that is valid at the time of order. If clerical errors occur in the publication of the website, Lavandula.bg is entitled to refuse performance of the order, but to recover the amounts paid by the user, if any.

Disclaimer of goods. Return policy

You as a consumer have the right to cancel the ordered goods within 7 working days of receipt of the goods if they are not used; there is no violation of the integrity of their packaging and its original form. Delivery on return is at the buyer's expense.

If finding a defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If the state of goods and packaging is intact, we are committed to replace it with a new one or refund you the paid value of the goods. In exercising the right of withdrawal, transport and other costs of obtaining and returning the goods shall be covered by the user. In case the product does not match with the features listed in the page, the provider refunds the full amount paid by the consumer, including shipping. If the condition in which we receive the product does not meet the conditions listed above, Lavandula.bg reserves the right to give it back, at your expense. The sum, at which it was purchased, along with the cost of delivery, becomes non-refundable.
