Art. 3. (1) MOBAX BG OOD performs the following operations with personal data for the following purposes: User registration on the website – the purpose of this operation is to create a profile to be linked to the service used and to manage your orders through the created user account. Sending informational messages – the purpose of this activity is to administer the process of sending messages to customers that relate to communicating about new items in the assortment, as well as new promotions. (2) MOBAX BG Ltd. processes the following categories of personal data and information for the following purposes and on the following grounds: Data: Your individualizing data (name and surname, e-mail, country, telephone, bulstat, company name) Purpose for which the data is collected: 1) User registration; 2) Making contact with the user and sending information to him, including if he wishes – to send newsletters and advertising messages; 3) for delivery of the ordered goods to the individuals Basis for processing your personal data – By accepting the general terms and conditions and registering on the website and placing an order, a contractual relationship is created between MOBAX BG OOD and you, on the basis of which we process your personal data – art. 6, para. 1, b. YOUR DETAILS FOR INDIVIDUAL INVOICING – If you wish to be invoiced as an individual, you should provide your unique civil number. Purpose for which the data is collected: Issuing an invoice for making payments under a concluded contract for the provision of services for the use of the platform. Basis for processing your personal data – By accepting the general conditions and registering on the website, or upon concluding a written contract, a contractual relationship is created between MOBAX BG Ltd. and you, on the basis of which we process your personal data – art. 6, para. 1, b. (b) GDPR.
(3) MOBAX BG Ltd. does not collect or process personal data related to the following: reveal racial or ethnic origin; reveal political, religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership in trade unions; genetic and biometric data, health data or data about sex life or sexual orientation. STORAGE PERIOD OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Art. 4. (1) MOBAX BG Ltd. stores your personal data for a period not longer than the existence of your profile on the website. After the expiry of this period, MOBAX BG Ltd. takes the necessary care to delete and destroy all your data, without unnecessary delay. (2) MOBAX BG Ltd. stores the personal data that it is required to keep by virtue of the applicable legislation for the relevant stipulated period, which may exceed the period of existence of your registration.
