Cough syrup made at home by lavender and honey works extremely well. To prepare this remedy, you must add 2 tablespoons of lavender to a cup full of honey. Let the mixture stay for 2 days and then transfer it to a glass jar. When coughing intensifies, take 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture.
Lavender oil for flu and cold
