Lavender honey for coughs
Cough syrup made at home by lavender and honey works extremely well. It should be borne in mind that the honey does not have to be consumed by children under 1 year, so use this recipe for adults and older children. To prepare this remedy, you must add 2 tablespoons of lavender to a cup full of honey. Let the mixture stay for 2 days and then transfer it to a glass jar. When coughing intensifies, take 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture.
Lavender oil for flu and cold
